Barb Kay
Accounting Assistant
Barb is one of Mather Managements’ long term employees, starting in 1998. Barb can perform various duties including reconciling of various data, accepting payments, financial record keeping, processing payments and preparing bank deposits; performing various processing duties and responding to customer inquiries. Barb accomplishes her task of ensuring that all condo fees are collected in a polite and efficient manner. The Status Certificates prepared by Barb are developed with complete regard to the requirements of the New Condominium Act.

Starting as a Co-op Student in January 2006, Karri has worked in many areas of the office. Helping in Reception to assisting the Managers, Karri has found herself to be most productive in our Accounts Payable Department making sure that the expenses of the Corporations are paid.

Amanda Boakes
Amanda joined Mather Management Services early 2009 as an assitant to two Property Managers. During this time Amanda decided to take on two sites of her own to manage and assist herself.
Almost two years later Amanda decided to pursue managing full time as she has enjoyed the responsibility and challenges property management faces on a daily basis. Stefanie Madill
We welcomed Stefanie to Mather Management Services in May of 2010. Stefanie came to us with two and a half years of experience in Property Management with a strong knowledge of rentals. Stefanie has familiarized herself with the Condominium Act and her experience in rental management has proven helpful with her transition to Condominium Management. Stefanie manages the Rental division as well as multiple Condominium Corporations. Stefanie’s' friendly and knowledgeable disposition helps keep her Boards happy and she is enjoying all of the challenges that Condominium Management brings.

Mark has over 25 years experience in the Property Management field. His background includes many large commercial towers in the GTA area and the non-profit management sector in Mississauga.
