Carolin Hodges
Accounting Manager
Carolin joined the Mather team in January 2005. Carolin has a background in the Banking Industry as well as a past in working at a large corporation in the Accounting Department, working closely with the Controller. Carolin has 17 years background in the Accounting Industry. Her strengths lie in her communication skills with owners, as well as her attention to detail. Carolin is confident and well equipped to deal with the challenge of maintaining the accounting records and preparation of monthly financial reports for our clients.

Barb Kay
Accounting Assistant
Barb is able to perform a variety of bookkeeping and accounting duties including reconciling of various data, accepting payments, financial record keeping, processing payments and preparing bank deposits; performing various processing duties and responding to customer inquiries.
Barb accomplishes her task of ensuring that all condo fees are collected in a polite and efficient manner. The Status Certificates prepared by Barb are developed with complete regard to the requirements of the New Condominium Act.

Starting as a Co-op Student in January 2006, Karri has worked in many areas of the office. Helping in Reception to assisting the Managers, Karri has found herself to be most productive in our Accounts Payable Department making sure that the expenses of the Corporations are paid.

Since beginning her employment with Mather Management Services, Casey Beacock has moved from a property administrator to a property manager, managing her portfolio with integrity, commitment and professionalism. Casey is currently working towards her Registered Condominium Manager designation, and has successfully completed the Level 100 and Level 200 Condominium Administration Courses offered through the C.C.I - Golden Horseshoe Chapter.
