The History of Mather Management Services

Pam Mather; our founder and president brought together her education of Condominium Manager, experience in Real Estate and gift for accounting and incorporated Mather Management Services in 1991.

Purchasing Lush Management was the first of many stepping stones to her current success. Starting with five properties and a staff of one; Mather Management has had a slow and steady progress of success. Over the past sixteen years, while maintaining her focus on condominiums Mather's team added managers specializing in Health Care facilities, Industrial Properties and an entire rental division.

With the company's growth there have been many moves starting with Manitou Drive then to Duke Street, Holiday Inn Drive and then to Roseview Ave. As demand grew so did Mather. The current staff consisting of nineteen friendly professionals; each with a personal flare allows Pam to match each property and Board of Directors with just the right Manager. Regularly scheduled staff meetings keep the President in touch with each and every property. This method has made Mather Management Services what it is today and why we continue to grow.

As a current member of The Better Business Bureau, Pam has managed to maintain a personal touch dealing with her Board's directors. This personal touch is reflective in her choice of office space and staff. Currently located at 275 Ainslie St. South in Cambridge Pam delighted her community by reopening this building of historical interest that reflects her personal approach of a home to house her offices while meeting the professional needs of her clients.
